Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return:

• Original, unused stones and bracelets in their original packaging
• Items purchased within the last 30 days from the date of delivery
• Products with intact authenticity certificates and quality seals
• Items without any damage, wear, or signs of use
• Products purchased directly from Pure Astrology website or authorized retailers

NOT Eligible for Return:

• Items worn, used, or exposed to harsh conditions
• Stones with visible scratches, cracks, or damage
• Bracelets with broken strings, clasps, or altered threads
• Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products without proper documentation or authenticity certificates
• Items where the authenticity or quality cannot be verified

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange your stone or bracelet for a different variety, size, or style, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for exchange
2. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
3. Ship the original item in its original condition
4. Upon inspection and approval, we ship your new item
5. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference
6. If the new item costs less, credit is issued as store credit

Types of Exchanges Available:

• Different Stone Type: Exchange Ruby for Sapphire, Diamond for Emerald, etc.
• Different Weight: Upgrade to a heavier stone or downgrade as needed
• Different Quality: Exchange lower quality for premium astrological graded stones
• Size Variations: Exchange bracelet sizes if the fit isn't perfect
• Metal Changes: Swap between silver, gold, or copper settings

Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or misrepresented product, we'll replace it immediately at no cost, regardless of the return window.

What Qualifies as Defective:

• Cracks, chips, or fractures in the stone that were not visible before opening
• Broken clasps, threads, or settings on bracelets
• Stones that don't match the authenticity certificate or grade
• Manufacturing defects in metalwork or stringing
• Products significantly different from the product description

How to Report Defects:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the defect
3. Include the authenticity certificate and order number
4. We'll arrange immediate replacement or refund

Our Astrological Advisory:

• We recommend wearing stones during favorable planetary periods (Muhurat) for best results
• Cleanse your stone under moonlight or with holy water before wearing
• For optimal benefits, wear stones touching the skin or in direct contact with the body
• Different zodiac signs have different astrological stone requirements
• Consult our expert astrologers before exchanging for a different stone

Shipping & Handling for Returns

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using insured, tracked shipping methods
• Package should be well-protected to prevent damage in transit
• Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Our Responsibility:

• We cover all shipping for approved exchanges
• We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items
• Express shipping available upon request (additional charges apply)
